MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 15, 2012) – Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council personnel extend assistance to flood victims in Malandag Gymnasium Thursday, September 13, amid a Pacquaio-LGU weekly ‘Lingap sa Barangay’ program led by Mayor Bong Constantino.
