MAITUM, Sarangani (October 26, 2012) – A small and a big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets contain white crystalline substances believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride commonly known as “shabu” with markings ABC and MBA. The substances with undetermined weight are marked as “A-1″ and “A” respectively. These substances will undergo qualitative crime laboratory examination.
